Averic is an independent software studio built by Dylan Ambrose. These are the principles that guide the way we build products and look after the people using them.
Useful by design
Our aim is to make everyday work easier. We care about clear interfaces, accessible controls and improvements informed by the people using our apps. We describe features and availability honestly; previews and work in progress are labelled.
Your work belongs to you
We favour keeping your work on your device and collecting only what a feature needs. Some features use online services. Our Privacy Policy explains those services, the data involved and your rights.
Clear choices
Where we offer paid features, the price and renewal terms should be clear before you pay. We do not use fake urgency or invent customer reviews. Our Terms of Service explain licences, cancellation and consumer rights.
A direct line to the maker
For support, suggestions, accessibility problems or concerns, email hello@averic.app. To report abuse on a feedback board, include the app name and enough information to identify the post. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules and how to ask us to review a decision.
Security concerns
If you find a security problem, email hello@averic.app with a description. Please avoid including passwords, access keys or other people’s personal information. Do not access or disrupt someone else’s account to demonstrate an issue.
Keeping these standards current
We review these commitments as Averic develops. This page describes our approach; it does not replace your rights or the terms that apply to a particular app or purchase.
